The Cuvée Grand Cru is made with 50% unripe olive and 50% ripe olives for a more robust taste.

Our 2022 harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made exclusively from olives we grow in our estate, following organic farming practice.

Our blend is made out of 5 Tuscany olives that are known for their high level in Polyphenols: Frantoio, Leccino, Maurino, Moraiolo, and Pandolino. We harvest by hand and cold press our olives on site always within less than 24 hours.



Flavor Profile

Grand Cru's aroma reflects mostly ripe olive fruits with the primary descriptor of nutty. Additional descriptor includes green banana, hay-straw with a hint of floral. She does have more bitterness and pungency than our traditional blend.



Certificate of Analysis

Our Grand Cru blend has been tested by a third party Lab accredited by the IOC (International Olive Council} to establish its chemical profile to determine its authenticity. It is raw and unfiltered to preserve its maximum potency and is loaded with polyphenols.

Because this premium EVOO is not filtered, some sediment may appear in the bottle, which can be left as is for use or strained out, depending on personal preference



Storage

EVOO is extremely sensitive to light, heat and oxygen which cause its oxidation and rancidity. For an optimal experience, we recommend to finish your bottle within 30 days after opening. Leave your unopened bottles in a cold and dark place.
