Chateau de Luz Olive Oil is an essential part of my diet and beauty regiment!! I have lost weight easily at the old age of 62 with fasting and eating steak or chicken salads with varieties of raw vegetables, fruit , advocado, and the fabulous Château de Luz Olive Oil. The salads are amazingly delicious with the scrumptious olive oil!! Bonus..I have improved my blood work with my diet and the Château de Luz Olive Oil 🫒 I also love to use olive oil for my skin as a moisturizer, hair, and yes good for teeth and gums as well!! I also received the most delectable Apple Jelley and Kumquat Marmalade. My grandson especially loves the Apple Sauce. He has just had his first birthday and exclaims wow with each bite!!
